Yes! We offer assistance in helping our company members build internship, apprenticeship, and mentorship programs if they don't already have one.

Like any app, it is impossible to vet every user that downloads the app. Also, like any real-world recruiting opportunities, companies are responsible for selecting and vetting the candidates they'd like to interview or hire. This is no different. Pipelines just makes it a lot easier to access a pool of underrepresented candidates right on the app.

Absolutely! Our company members are actively involved in our programming from workshops, panels, guest speaker opportunities, mentorship programs, and more for aspiring talent!

The best way to stand out is to fill your profile out completely! Your profile is your chance to showcase your skills and really let them know who you are!

When creating your profile, you’ll notice a plus sign in the lower right hand corner. Click this and you’ll be able to add everything from your resume, portfolio, Vimeo, YouTube link, Reels, and more. Don’t forget about this important feature!

Pipelines is a hub for connecting you with companies, so while there may be an application link listed in the job description if the company chooses to include it, we are focused on making the initial connection to get you in the door (and hopefully to an interview!)

When swiping right on an opportunity, this opportunity is automatically added to your chat queue which you can access in the upper right hand corner of your screen. Here you can contact recruiters and decision makers directly to express interest or learn more about the opportunity.

No. Per our Privacy Policy, we only collect your phone number and will never ask for your personal information for purposes of selling to third-parties. Your phone number is all we’ll ask to create a profile and start connecting!

Pipelines is currently only available via mobile app for talent to ensure you can connect on the go and easily integrate this platform with ways you already connect!
