Accountable & inclusive companies

More diverse and inclusive companies are more likely to succeed, and even outperform. We’re creating educational and practical resources to make companies aware and hold them accountable.

Confident & capable talent

Underrepresented talent often lack the resources and information to advance their creative careers. We’re building the confidence and skills they need for success.

The Pipelines Foundation empowers talent with knowledge and training to build their creative, tech, & entertainment careers.

The Foundation is a registered 501c3 and is the non-profit arm of our company. Our goal is to provide our talent with all the tools and resources necessary to be successful and confident in their industry.

With the help of our collaborators, we create programs, training opportunities, and events that range from resume workshops to panel discussions to webinars that help talent get to jobs. Our efforts are made successful through our industry and academic partnerships, as well as our Advisory Board.
